Today automation can be found in every aspect of life. Algorithmic trading is a new common way to make money. This is my last simple script for binary options, with accuracy over 51%.

Bot is based on 3 commonly known rules: moving average cross, RSI, and martingale. Robot accuracy is about 40-63%. Bot works on synthetic index volatility 100, which can be traded on binary.com.

Robots work on binary.com (for Europe) – I prefer this or deriv.com (doesn’t works in Europe).

Foundation of robot

SMA and EMA

Choosing these two indicators makes it easy to track when the trend is changing. It is maybe too common to explain this phenomenon in detail.

RSI

Price goes up and down, but tracking RSI, when is over 60 or lower than 40, that means the price is getting overbought or oversold. Bot avoid trading in oversold or overbought state.

Martingale

If a trade was unsuccessful, then the next trade strike is equal to 110% of the loss. Martingale is the weakest part of the bot because it cannot cover unsuccessful trades forever.

How it works? / how to set it?

  1. Robots work on binary.com
  2. Download the file (button below), unpack and load it on the broker page
  3. Run bot and wait (it might take few hours, before it will open transaction)
  4. SMA and EMA must cross
  5. RSI is between 40 and 60
  6. if the previous position was lost, then increase strike for 110% from the lost amount, if not then the robot will use regular strike.
  7. In Europe every hour, you might need to run bot again. If previous trade was a loss, then the initial state can be changed. It might change your accuracy and final result.

Settings

  • Max loss amount – maximum amount, which can martingale increase
  • Initial amount – the amount of the first strike
  • Strike – strike

Example settings

  • Market = syntetic index, volatility 100
  • Default candle interval = 3 minutes
  • max loss = depend on you
  • strike = depend on you, you can calculate it using this webpage. If you have a small account of around 200$, then 0.35 is enough if 500, then 0.7 is enough, etc.
  • DO NOT TRADE AT WEEKEND – I do not know why, but the performance at the weekend is really low.
  • Don’t be greedy – it can escalate bad consequences quickly.
  • Remember to test bot on the demo account.

Plans

So I want to improve accuracy and focus on non martingale system, because it is the weakest point of the robot. Future version of bot might be paid, but for supporters I can provide discounts or even provide it for free.
